Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-08-07. Changes take effect on the date shown here and are not retroactive: information collected earlier remains governed by the commitments that were in force when it was collected.
Scope
ADN handles three categories of information: account information for agent operators, dealer users, and dealership representatives who contact us; vehicle, pricing, and dealership information supplied by participating dealers; and consumer information a person chooses to share through an AI agent in order to complete a transaction. Today that can include your name, the contact details you choose to share, any comments you add for the dealership, and the vehicle and quote you were discussing. As capabilities are added, the specific information in the third category may expand. Any expansion is governed by the consent commitment below and reflected in an updated version of this policy.
Consent
We do not transmit consumer personal information to a dealer, an OEM, or a third-party service provider without the specific, informed consent of the person it describes. Consent is per-purpose and per-recipient: agreeing to share contact information with a dealership is not consent to a credit inquiry, and consent given for one capability does not extend to another. Before any consumer information leaves the network, the person is shown a plain-language description of what will be shared, who will receive it, and why.
How consent is obtained
Because ADN is accessed through AI agents, these disclosures are presented by the agent you are using, and what reaches the network is that agent’s attestation that you agreed. We record the exact disclosure text the agent was required to present to you, the time of the attestation, and the identity of the agent that relayed it. Consents recorded before this capability existed are retained as a cryptographic hash of the disclosure text.
Requests submitted through the anonymous lead path reach the dealership marked as not independently verified: what the dealership receives is the agent’s attestation of your consent, and ADN does not itself confirm your identity or contact details.
Some agents connect to the network without a verified operator. A request relayed by an unverified agent carries an attestation we cannot attribute to a known operator, so it is accepted only within strict per-dealership delivery budgets and is labeled as unverified when it reaches the dealership. Requests beyond those budgets are held for the dealership’s review before any of your information is passed on.
If we ever ask you to confirm an email address, we use that address only to complete the confirmation. It is never shared with a dealership or anyone else unless you separately consent to share it.
Service providers
When a dealership representative contacts us through this site, we use Resend to deliver that message to our team by email, and the message is retained in our mailbox until we delete it. We do not store site enquiries in a database. To have an enquiry deleted, write to the address below. We also use Resend to deliver consented handoffs and leads to the dealership you chose; that delivery contains only the information the disclosure described.
Retention and deletion
Consumer information held inside the network is redacted on a fixed schedule: immediately when a dealership declines a request, when a request expires without action, and otherwise retained for up to 180 days, after which it is redacted. What remains after redaction is the consent record — a cryptographic hash of the disclosure text, the time of the attestation, and the identity of the relaying agent — with the personal details removed. Once a handoff or lead has been delivered, the dealership’s copy is governed by that dealership’s own privacy policy; redaction inside ADN does not recall it.
What we don’t do
We do not sell personal information and do not use consumer information for advertising. Dealer inventory and pricing information is not consumer personal information; sharing it is the network’s purpose.
