The service
ADN operates a network that makes participating dealership inventory and transactions available to AI agents. We may add, change, or retire capabilities.
Listing on the network is free. Searchable inventory, out-the-door quotes, and holds are free today, and we intend to keep them free — we have no plans to charge for them, and there is no invoice for being on the network. Nothing bills by default: no capability that is free today will become paid without at least 60 days' written notice to participating dealers, and no store is ever charged without expressly opting in to a paid option. Lead delivery is free today. If we ever offer paid CRM lead delivery, it will be an optional add-on that stays off until the store turns it on.
Accuracy
Inventory, pricing, and availability originate from participating dealers. ADN transmits what dealers publish and does not independently verify it. Nothing on the network is an offer to sell.
Acceptable use
Automated access must respect published rate limits. Agents that initiate handoffs or submit leads must have obtained the consent described in our Privacy Policy; holds carry no consumer information and need no consent.
