The service
ADN operates a network that makes participating dealership inventory and transactions available to AI agents. Access to the public network endpoint is currently offered at no charge. We may add, change, or retire capabilities, and we may introduce paid tiers in future; changes to pricing will be communicated to participating dealers in advance.
Accuracy
Inventory, pricing, and availability originate from participating dealers. ADN transmits what dealers publish and does not independently verify it. Nothing on the network is an offer to sell.
Acceptable use
Automated access must respect published rate limits. Agents that initiate handoffs or submit leads must have obtained the consent described in our Privacy Policy; holds carry no consumer information and need no consent.
